These rates are PER VEHICLE on a private vehicle basis and include the vehicle and chauffeur, fuel, mileage as stipulated and insurance. There are NO SURCHARGES on these rates for after hours, chauffeur subsistence, etc. Minimum Charge - with the hourly rate there is a minimum charge of 3 hours for Johannesburg area, the other centres vary. We offer services from main centres countrywide including George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit, Phalaborwa, Bloemfontein and Windhoek in Namibia.
